노고지리 (Nogojiri)
Nogojiri were a duo that debuted in the late 1970s with an album filled with covers of traditional Korean folk songs. Although this first album was considered a failure, they were soon noticed by Sanullim's lead guitarist Kim Chang Wan, who helped them make their second album, and even wrote all the songs on said record. This unintentionally lead to the band sounding very similar to Sanullim, and they bared the title of "the 2nd Sanullim" for a long time.
